Product 10/10. The quality is very good, it doesn't feel bad when worn on the ankle. It gets very hot, even so, you have to be careful. I would have liked it to massage more strongly but it's not bad, just enough to alternate between hot and cold. What would improve it is to add a "timer" so that it turns off after 10 minutes or the time you set.

It feels warm to the touch, but the massage vibration is quite weak.

Good product at competitively good price.

2nd order of the item - wanted one for both feet.

Does help with my neuropathy and leg cramps.

But need to use daily.
